Special Care and Fragile
Deeleeo offers white-glove level service on all of its deliveries, but if you’re delivering an extremely fragile item (an heirloom chandelier? Crystal wine glasses?), consider marking your item as “extremely fragile” for an even greater emphasis on cushioning your delivery.
Loading and Unloading Needs
The assumption is that Deeleeo delivery agents will physically load and unload the items for you at pickup and drop off. If your item(s) requires more than one person, or electronic lifts or levers to load or upload, please contact us before submitting your request.
Temp-controlled Delivery
Deeleeo has refrigerated vehicles for intercity delivery, but currently does not have temp-controlled vehicles for local delivery. However, we can deliver fast! If your item requires temp-controlled environment, please provide a thermos/cooler for your item(s) and/or select Express Delivery for local deliveries. For intercity delivery, we have refrigerated vehicles for this!
Alcohol
Delivery
Deeleeo is licensed to deliver alcohol in Alberta. If your order contains alcohol, please selecting "Age-Restricted Delivery" when submitting your delivery. This ensures your agent will confirm the recipient’s age (check photo ID) to comply with provincial laws.
